The 6x6 format gives you 12 large square negatives from a roll of 120 film, with considerably more negative area than 35mm. The TLR design also makes for a very different shooting experience: quiet, deliberate, and usually composed from waist level rather than with the camera planted against your face. The 80mm lens gives a natural standard perspective on 6x6 and is a great all-around focal length.
