Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Custom orders, made-to-order items, and lab services may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product or service page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary, especially during peak seasons.
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at an additional cost.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times can vary significantly depending on customs processing in your country. International order generally require a shipping phone number, you order may be delayed in shipping out if you do not provide a shipping phone number.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number to follow the status of your shipment online.
Packaging & Handling
We pack all orders with great care to ensure your items arrive safely. Fragile items receive extra padding, and high-value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you with filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our lab during business hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
