Vivitar 24mm f/2.8 fd Mount Lens

The Vivitar 24mm f/2.8 for Canon FD Mount is a compact manual-focus wide angle that gives classic Canon film shooters a noticeably wider perspective without the size or price of some of the more collectible Canon-branded FD glass.

On a 35mm camera, 24mm is properly wide without getting into extreme or fisheye territory. It is a great focal length for street photography, landscapes, architecture, travel, and environmental portraits where you want to pull more of the scene into the frame. The relatively bright f/2.8 maximum aperture also makes it a useful option for available-light shooting.
