The Polaroid OneStep Close Up is classic instant photography at its most straightforward: load a pack of 600 film, point it at something worth remembering, press the button, and a few moments later you’ve got an actual photograph in your hand. No menus, no editing, no staring at the back of the camera deciding whether you got the shot.

The Close Up version adds a dedicated close-focus setting, making it much more useful for portraits and nearby subjects than the basic fixed-focus Polaroid 600 cameras. It retains the built-in electronic flash and wonderfully chunky Polaroid styling that makes these cameras as fun to carry around today as they were when new. Modern Polaroid 600 film is still available, so this is very much a usable camera rather than just a shelf piece.

Condition: ONE-OFF

This camera is in used cosmetic condition and is functional with one known issue. The red flash-ready indicator light does not illuminate. Importantly, the flash itself does charge and fire correctly, so the failure appears limited to the indicator rather than the flash system.

Because the flash-ready indicator is non-functional, we're conservatively listing this example as a One-Off. It's a good option for someone who wants an inexpensive user camera and doesn't mind waiting a few seconds for the flash to charge rather than relying on the indicator.
