The Panagor Auto Macro Converter 50mm 1:5 for Canon FD Mount is a specialized close-up accessory from the manual-focus era, designed to sit between a Canon FD camera and compatible lens to provide additional extension for macro and close-focus photography.

Rather than being a conventional teleconverter, this is intended specifically for getting much closer to your subject.
