The Olympus PEN FV + G.Zuiko 40mm f/1.4 is one of the most desirable combinations in the entire Olympus PEN lineup. Designed by the legendary Yoshihisa Maitani, the PEN F-series remains unlike any other 35mm camera ever made, using a beautifully engineered rotary titanium shutter and a half-frame format that lets you shoot 72 exposures on a standard 36-exposure roll of film.

The PEN FV is the fully mechanical version of the PEN FT, omitting the built-in meter in favor of a cleaner, simpler design that many photographers actually prefer today. Compact enough to fit in a jacket pocket yet packed with professional features, it feels like a miniature precision instrument every time you wind the film.

Paired with the G.Zuiko Auto-S 40mm f/1.4, this kit offers one of the fastest lenses available for the PEN system. Equivalent to roughly an 57mm field of view on a full-frame camera, it's a fantastic everyday lens with beautiful Olympus color, smooth rendering, and plenty of character wide open. Together, the camera and lens make an ideal setup for street photography, travel, portraits, and anyone looking for a film camera that's genuinely different from the crowd.

Condition: EXCELLENT

This camera is in excellent condition overall with only minor cosmetic wear. There is a small dent in the top cover that is purely cosmetic and does not affect operation.

The included 40mm f/1.4 lens is in good condition with a tiny tendril of fungus present internally. The fungus is minimal and should have little impact on normal photography, though it has been conservatively noted.

The camera is fully functional and operates as intended, making this a wonderful user-grade example of one of Olympus' most innovative camera systems.
