The Olympus PEN-F is one of the most unique 35mm cameras ever made. A true half-frame SLR with a rotary titanium shutter, compact form factor, and beautifully engineered design, it’s a favorite among collectors and shooters alike.

This kit includes the legendary 42mm f/1.2 Zuiko, one of the fastest lenses ever made for the PEN system. On half-frame, this gives you roughly an 85mm full-frame equivalent, making it an incredible portrait lens with shallow depth of field and a very distinct rendering.

Half-frame means you get 72 exposures on a standard roll of 36, making this not only fun but also incredibly economical to shoot. It’s perfect for storytelling, diptychs, and experimental work, especially with the vertical frame orientation built into the camera’s design.

The slight haze in the lens is minimal and should not significantly impact image quality. In strong backlit situations, you may notice a slight reduction in contrast, but overall performance remains excellent.
