For sale here is an excellent working condition Nikon Nikonos II 35mm Underwater Camera 3 Lens Kit.

This includes the following:

28mm f/2.5 Underwater Only Lens

Viewfinder for the 80mm
Sekonic Lightmeter in underwater housing (untested)

It's hard to overstate how ridiculously good the build quality of this camera is. You could use it to pound tent stakes, then immediately photograph your camp without issue. This thing is rugged.

In spite of that, the example here has seen no such abuse and has received regular preventative maintenance necessary to keep one of these cameras water-tight. Its seals are in good order, with no tears or marks, and they're nice and tight in the little channels they sit in. I recommend sending it off to Southern Nikonos about once a year to once every six months depending on the use for a tune-up to make sure it doesn't start leaking. (At 100m under, that would be bad!!)

Excellent cosmetic condition. The camera works perfectly and fires accurately at all speeds. Has not been pressure tested and has not had O-rings replaced.

Please note the missing flash chamber plug will be replaced before sale.
