The Nikon N2020 AF + AF Nikkor 35-105mm f/3.5-4.5 is a fun piece of Nikon history from the moment autofocus SLRs were starting to become genuinely practical. Known outside North America as the Nikon F-501, the N2020 brought autofocus into Nikon’s enthusiast SLR lineup while retaining compatibility with a huge range of Nikon F-mount glass.

Paired with the AF Nikkor 35-105mm f/3.5-4.5, this makes a particularly versatile everyday film kit. The zoom range covers everything from a moderately wide 35mm view through normal and short telephoto territory, so it’s a great one-lens setup for travel, street photography, portraits, and general walkaround shooting.
