The Nikon MZ-1 is a 250-exposure film cassette originally designed for use with high-capacity film backs like the Nikon MF-4 and MF-6B, typically mounted on professional bodies like the Nikon F2 or F3. These cassettes were made for serious applications—press, scientific, surveillance—anywhere 36 frames just wasn’t enough.
