Minolta x700 35mm SLR Film Camera + Rokkor-X 45mm f/2 Lens

The Minolta X-700 + Rokkor-X 45mm f/2 is a particularly nice variation on the classic X-700 setup. Instead of the usual 50mm kit lens, this one comes with Minolta’s wonderfully compact 45mm f/2, giving the whole camera a slimmer profile and a slightly wider, very natural perspective for everyday photography.

The X-700 sits near the top of Minolta’s manual-focus SLR era, combining traditional hands-on shooting with aperture-priority, Program auto exposure, and full manual control. That flexibility makes it a great camera for someone learning film photography, but there’s enough control and access to excellent Minolta glass to keep experienced shooters happy too.

The Rokkor-X 45mm f/2 is a bit of a cult favorite. Its compact construction makes an X-series body significantly easier to carry, while the 45mm focal length sits right between a traditional 50mm normal lens and a mild wide angle. It’s a fantastic walkaround setup for street photography, travel, environmental portraits, and everyday life on film.

This Minolta X-700 is in excellent condition with minimal cosmetic wear and is fully functional. The camera’s shutter, meter, film transport, and exposure functions are operating properly.

The included Rokkor-X 45mm f/2 has faint internal haze. The haze is minor, but may produce a subtle reduction in contrast or additional glow when shooting into strong light. Focus and aperture operation are smooth and functional.
