Minolta X-500 35mm SLR Film Camera + 50mm f/1.7 Lens

The Minolta X-500 + 50mm f/1.7 is a seriously capable manual-focus 35mm SLR setup from Minolta’s excellent X-series era. The X-500 sits in a particularly sweet spot for film shooters, combining aperture-priority auto exposure with a very useful metered manual mode and the compact ergonomics that make these cameras such good everyday shooters.

Paired with the fast 50mm f/1.7 lens, this kit is especially well suited to available-light photography, portraits, street shooting, and anyone looking for shallow depth of field from a classic Minolta setup. This example has also had some useful maintenance already taken care of, including fresh light seals and a cleaned lens.

Condition: EXCELLENT

This Minolta X-500 is in excellent condition and fully functional. The light meter has been tested and reads accurately, and the camera has received new light seals.

The included 50mm f/1.7 lens has been cleaned and is operating properly. Overall, this is a clean, serviced setup that is ready to load with film and shoot.
