The Minolta Maxxum 70 is a lightweight, capable autofocus 35mm SLR from the golden era of Minolta’s A-mount system. Fully electronic with reliable autofocus, multi-mode exposure control, and motorized film transport, it’s an easy entry point into 35mm shooting with modern convenience.

This kit includes two very usable lenses:

• Minolta AF 50mm f/1.7 – A classic fast normal prime known for sharpness and pleasing bokeh. Great for portraits, low light, and everyday shooting.
• Minolta AF 35–70mm Zoom – A versatile standard zoom covering wide to short telephoto. Ideal as a walk-around travel lens.

Because this is A-mount, these lenses can also be adapted to Sony A-mount DSLRs and, with the proper adapter, to Sony mirrorless bodies.
