Konica Autoreflex T 35mm SLR + 57mm f/1.4 lens

The Konica Autoreflex T is a 35mm SLR camera that helped bring shutter-priority auto exposure into the mainstream. Released in the late 1960s, it’s built like a tank and uses the now-cult-favorite Konica AR lens mount. Paired here with the fast and sharp Hexanon AR 57mm f/1.4, this kit delivers rich contrast and beautiful rendering wide open, with serious sharpness when stopped down — perfect for character-driven portraits and dreamy low-light work.

The shutter-priority AE is controlled via a top-deck shutter speed dial, and the camera defaults to full manual mechanical operation if a battery isn't present — meaning it can be shot even without electronics. However, it originally offered a needle-style light meter for semi-automatic exposure.

Condition: One-Off

This copy is fully functional mechanically, but the internal light meter is unresponsive, so we’ve rated it as One-Off. The shutter fires accurately across all speeds, the film transport is smooth, and the self-timer works.

The lens is clean and clear, with only very faint internal dust — no haze, fungus, or scratches. Focus is smooth, and aperture clicks crisply into position. Cosmetically, the kit is in good condition with some expected signs of use — brassing around the film door edges and top plate, but no dents or major blemishes.

This is a fantastic user camera for anyone who prefers shooting fully manual with a fast prime lens that has real vintage charm and solid optics.
