Ready to send us your film? This listing is for one (1) prepaid shipping label to get your film to Coastal Film Lab. Choose the package size that fits what you're sending, and we'll email you a label that's ready to print — no trip to the post office counter, no guessing at postage.

How it works

1. Order your label. Pick the package size below that best matches what you're shipping.
2. Tell us where to pick it up from. Right after checkout we'll email you a private link. Add your address, choose USPS or UPS, and we'll do the rest.
3. Print it and ship it. Your prepaid label arrives by email in two formats — a standard 8.5×11 sheet with a cut line for a home printer, and a bare 4×6 for a thermal label printer. Tape it to your package and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.

Which size do I need?

• Mailer — up to 12 oz · 12.5" × 9.5" × 1". Best for a handful of rolls in a padded envelope.
• Small Box — up to 2 lb · 11" × 8.5" × 5.5".
• Medium Box — up to 4 lb · 14" × 12" × 3.5".
• Large Box — up to 8 lb · 18" × 14" × 12". Best for bulk orders, disposables, or a mix of formats.

Sizes and weights listed are the maximum for each label. If you're between sizes, size up — packages that come in over the declared weight can pick up a carrier adjustment fee after delivery.

Good to know

• One label, one package. Each label covers a single box or mailer. If you're sending more than one package, you'll need a label for each.
• U.S. domestic only. These labels can't be used for international shipments.
• Your link is good for 14 days. Grab your label before it expires — no account or password needed.
• Printing at home? Choose Actual size rather than "Fit to page" in your printer dialog, or the barcode may not scan.
• Pack it well. Wrap your rolls so they can't shift around in transit, and make sure the label is flat and fully visible on the outside of the package.
