Hasselblad A24 Back Type IV

The Hasselblad A24 Type IV Film Back is a classic interchangeable magazine for the Hasselblad V-system, originally designed around 220 roll film. The modular back system is a huge part of what makes the 500-series Hasselblads so enjoyable to use: load multiple backs with different films, swap between them mid-shoot, and keep the camera itself exactly as-is.

The A24 is particularly interesting today because 220 film has become uncommon, making these backs useful for photographers still shooting old-stock 220 as well as collectors completing a period-correct Hasselblad kit. The Type IV generation features the later styling that pairs nicely with Hasselblad's later V-system bodies.
