The Fujifilm X-Pro1 is the camera that kicked off Fuji’s interchangeable-lens X system, and more than a decade later it still has a devoted following. Its 16.3MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS sensor has become especially loved for its color and distinctly less-clinical rendering, while the hybrid optical/electronic viewfinder gives the camera a shooting experience unlike most modern mirrorless bodies.
This particular X-Pro1 is decidedly not a collector-grade example. It has a handful of unusual cosmetic and optical issues, but the core camera remains functional. For someone who wants to get into Fujifilm X Mount on the cheap, experiment with vintage adapted lenses, or just wants a beater X-Pro1 they don't have to baby, there's a lot of camera here.
Condition: ONE-OFF
This X-Pro1 is fully usable but has several unusual condition issues that need to be understood before purchasing:
- The front exterior cover glass is missing. The camera's internal optical IR filter remains in place, so the sensor itself is not simply sitting exposed. The rear LCD cover glass is also heavily scratched, and the glass covering the viewfinder diopter is missing. Additionally, there are a couple of small pieces of dust visible on the sensor assembly behind the remaining IR filter glass. These produce a few persistent spots in images, particularly when shooting at smaller apertures. Removing them properly would likely require professional disassembly/service, although they're straightforward to correct in post using Lightroom's sensor dust removal tools.
Aside from these quirks, the camera is operational and remains a genuinely usable X-Pro1. We're listing it as a One-Off because of the missing glass, cosmetic wear, and sensor dust rather than trying to pretend it's anything prettier than it is.
If you've wanted an X-Pro1 but don't want to pay clean-example money, this is an inexpensive way into the original X-Trans experience and the enormous Fujifilm X-mount lens ecosystem.
