Canon Sure Shot WP-1 35mm Underwater Film Camera

The Canon Sure Shot WP-1 is one of the most iconic waterproof 35mm cameras ever made. Introduced in the mid-1990s, it was designed as a fully sealed, all-weather point-and-shoot that could handle the beach, rain, snow, and even underwater shooting.

Rated for underwater use to approximately 5 meters (16 feet), the WP-1 features a sharp 32mm f/3.5 lens, autofocus, automatic exposure, motorized film advance, and a built-in flash. The bright orange weather-sealed body made it easy to spot in the water and has become a cult aesthetic all on its own.

This is a fantastic camera for beach trips, pool parties, snorkeling, boat days, and general outdoor adventures where you wouldn’t want to risk a normal camera.
