Canon AE-1 Program 35mm SLR Film Camera + 50mm f/1.8 Lens

The Canon AE-1 Program + 50mm f/1.8 is about as classic as a 35mm SLR kit gets. The AE-1 Program took the hugely successful AE-1 formula and added full Program auto exposure alongside shutter-priority and manual shooting, making it especially approachable for someone getting into film while still offering plenty of control once they want to slow down and take over.

Paired with the Canon FD 50mm f/1.8, this is a great do-everything setup for photography classes, travel, street photography, portraits, and everyday shooting. The 50mm focal length gives a natural perspective, while the f/1.8 maximum aperture provides plenty of room for lower-light shooting and shallow depth of field without making the kit bulky.

The AE-1 Program also gives you access to Canon's enormous FD lens ecosystem, so it's an easy camera to build around if the film bug really takes hold.

Condition: GOOD

This Canon AE-1 Program is in good condition and fully functional. The body shows noticeable cosmetic wear consistent with regular use, but the camera remains a solid user-grade example.

The included 50mm f/1.8 lens has slight internal haze and some internal dust. The haze may cause a small reduction in contrast or additional glow when shooting directly into strong light, but the lens remains fully functional.

Metering, shutter operation, film advance, and camera controls are all working properly.
