Canon 135mm f/2.5 S.C FD Lens

The Canon FD 135mm f/2.5 S.C. is a classic fast telephoto prime from Canon’s manual-focus FD system, offering a great combination of reach, relatively bright f/2.5 aperture, and old-school Canon rendering. On 35mm film, 135mm is a sweet spot for portraits, stage photography, compressed landscapes, and isolating details without getting into truly enormous telephoto territory.

The S.C. designation refers to Canon’s Spectra Coating, used to improve contrast and reduce reflections and flare. Paired with the relatively fast f/2.5 maximum aperture, this lens is particularly nice for portraits where you want strong subject separation and a compressed perspective. It’s also a fun piece of vintage glass to adapt to modern mirrorless cameras, where the manual focus experience translates particularly well.

This Canon 135mm f/2.5 S.C. is in good used condition with normal signs of cosmetic wear. The lens has mild internal haze, which may cause some reduction in contrast or additional glow and flare when shooting into strong light. Focus and aperture functions operate properly.
