This meter shows moderate cosmetic wear from normal use but is fully functional. Dials are smooth, the needle is responsive, and the meter gives accurate readings provided you use a modern voltage adapter or suitable battery mod. Originally designed for mercury PX625 batteries (1.35v), it will not meter correctly with modern alkaline replacements unless you compensate or use a voltage-adapted battery.
